Concrete LevelingExtend the Life of Your Concrete
Concrete Leveling is a smart, environmentally responsible way to extend the life of your concrete. As an alternative to concrete replacement, it is cost effective and time saving.
Over time water seepage, faulty drainage, poor compaction, and the freeze-thaw cycle can result in settling which affects your concrete’s base, resulting in a void. This void may cause cracking or other disruptions in the surface of the concrete revealing a foundational problem underneath. A1 Concrete Leveling works to identify and address these underlying problems.
By filling the void caused by the various factors described above, concrete leveling addresses the problem through repair rather than replacement, and can add years to the life of your existing concrete.
After drilling a series of 1 inch holes, a high-density limestone grout is pressure-injected to fill the void. Once the void is filled, the slab is stabilized and slowly raised to desired height. The holes are then capped and the concrete is ready for immediate use.
As a cost and time-efficient alternative to concrete replacement, concrete leveling eliminates unnecessary concrete production and installation. We replace earth with more stable earth, repairing concrete surfaces in an environmentally responsible way.
- Lifting concrete creates safe walking environments
- Typically saves 50% or more versus concrete replacement
- Protects against future damage
- No waiting. Same day use.
A1 uses this technique to solve problem areas including:
Concrete PorchesOver time, concrete porches can begin to shift and sink. A1 Concrete Leveling is able to correct these issues with repair techniques that can add years to the life of your structure without costly replacement.
Concrete DrivewaysConcrete driveways are often overlooked as a major investment —until they need to be replaced.
