What is the Process

Concrete Leveling

Over time water seepage, faulty drainage, poor compaction, and the freeze-thaw cycle result in settling which affects your concrete’s base, resulting in a void. It is also known as concrete lifting. Concrete leveling works by filling the void. After drilling a series of 1″ holes, a high-density limestone grout is pressure-injected to fill the void. Once the void is filled, the slab is stabilized and slowly raised to desired height. The holes are then capped and the concrete is ready for immediate use. As a cost and time-efficient alternative to concrete replacement, concrete leveling eliminates unnecessary concrete production and installation. We replace earth with more stable earth, repairing concrete surfaces in an environmentally responsible way. If you have sinking concrete on your property, don’t wait; call us to schedule an appointment as soon as possible. We are a concrete contractor serving Pittsburgh, PA; Erie, PA; Cranberry Township, PA; Washington, PA; and Youngstown, OH.

Foundation Walls

Strengthen your foundation walls. A1’s foundation repair is more comprehensive than other methods of repair, focusing on resolving the problem rather than fixing a symptom.

Sinking Foundations

Raise and stabilize your foundation. Sinking Foundations occur over time and can cause serious structural problems. A1 Concrete Leveling offers the QuadPower™ Piering System which provides four times the surface area at the base of each pier, producing a load bearing capacity that is superior to competitive methods. Our component parts are manufactured using heavy gauge structural steel, and our QuadPower™ system has been engineered and tested to provide a cost effective and permanent solution in more varied soils and more challenging conditions than any competitive system.
